Feedol Oil respects an individual’s right to request deletion of personal data, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information that you have provided to Feedol Oil by sending an email to:

2. Information to Include

To help us identify and process your request, please provide:

• Email address or mobile number previously provided to us

• Company name, if applicable

• A description of the information you want deleted

• Any additional information reasonably necessary to verify your request

We may request reasonable information to verify that the request is being made by the relevant individual.

3. What Happens After a Request?

After receiving and verifying a deletion request, we will review the information and determine whether deletion is required or permitted under applicable law.

Where deletion is appropriate, we may delete, anonymise or securely dispose of the relevant personal data.

4. Exceptions to Deletion

We may retain certain information where necessary for:

• Compliance with applicable law

• Tax, accounting or regulatory requirements

• Legal claims or disputes

• Contractual obligations

• Fraud prevention and security

• Establishing, exercising or defending legal rights

• Other purposes permitted or required by applicable law

5. Withdrawal of Consent

Where personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. WhatsApp Data

If you have communicated with Feedol Oil through WhatsApp, we may process information contained in that communication for business and customer-support purposes.

A request to Feedol Oil does not necessarily delete information held independently by WhatsApp or other third-party platforms.

You should also review the relevant third-party platform’s privacy and data-management procedures.

7. Processing Time

We will make reasonable efforts to process valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
